Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Scorify. They cover your use of the platform — your profile, posts and messages, the organizations you belong to, and the evaluations you take part in. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Your account
You need an account to use most of Scorify. Give accurate details and keep them current: other people rely on your name and username to know who they are evaluating or talking to.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be old enough to consent to an online service where you live.
2. Signing in with Google
You can sign in with a Google account instead of a password. Google confirms who you are and passes us your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
3. Organizations and evaluations
Scorify is built for organizations — a workplace, a school, a team, a community. When you join one, its administrators can see your membership, the unit and position you are assigned to, any member details they record about you, and the evaluations you take part in.
An evaluation is visible to the people it is set up for: those in its review chain, its observers, and the administrators of the organization running it. You may share your own result to your feed as a post, and delete that post later. Sharing is your choice; the result itself belongs to the evaluation and stays with the organization.
4. What other people can see
Your account is either public or private. On a private account only followers you have approved can see your posts and profile. Individual profile fields carry their own audience as well — public, followers, or only you — and contact details, birthday and timezone start visible only to you.
Posts, comments and messages reach whoever their audience allows. Deleting a message for yourself removes it from your view but not from the views of the people you sent it to.
5. Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. To run the service we need your permission to store it, show it to the audience you chose, and make the copies that requires — backups, thumbnails, previews. That permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies already written to backups.
Do not post content you have no right to post, and do not post anything unlawful.
6. Acceptable use
Use Scorify honestly. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other people, and do not use an evaluation to bully or retaliate against someone.
Do not attack the service or reach for data that is not yours: no probing security, no bulk scraping, no automated account creation, no interfering with anyone else's use of it.
7. Plans and payment
Some features belong to a paid plan. Where a plan is offered we will tell you its price and what it unlocks before you subscribe. A plan change applies to your account immediately; features that belong to an organization follow shortly afterwards.
Where payment is not yet enabled, paid features may be available at no charge, and we will give notice before that changes.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Your profile leaves the platform straight away, and signing in again with the same Google account within the retention period restores it.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Records that belong to an organization — evaluation results, membership history — may remain with that organization after you leave or delete your account.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Scorify running but cannot promise it will always be available or fault-free. Features change, and some are withdrawn.
Scorify is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will suit a particular purpose, or that an evaluation result is free of error — a result reflects what people entered.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet these terms, but not for loss that was not foreseeable, and not for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters to you we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use Scorify afterwards means you accept the new version.
